2 Year Warranty Policy
Orders made through our website are automatically enrolled in our 2-year warranty. To process any claims that may arise, your order information is stored in our system.
If your solar light is faulty upon delivery or develops a fault within the initial 90 days of receipt, please inform us within 90 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. In this case, we will send you a pre-paid label for returning the faulty light. It is essential to return the light in its original packaging and condition, as any interference with the light’s workings will void the warranty.
If you encounter an issue with your product within the warranty period but outside the 90-day return window, we will offer you a replacement. You will need to return the faulty light using a pre-paid returns label, and we will send you a replacement without charge. Please note that returns after 90 days will not be covered under the free returns policy. The warranty remains valid for up to 2 years from the date of your order receipt.
In all cases, we will uphold valid warranty claims on the date we are notified of a fault. If there is a fault with your solar light, then let us know as soon as possible. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, but you do not inform us of this until the warranty period has elapsed, then your warranty will be deemed to have expired and we cannot offer a replacement.
The scope of the warranty does not include damage caused by an act of God, human error, mishandling, animal or accident.
