2-Year Warranty

Every order placed through SPV Lights is automatically covered by our 2-Year Warranty, giving you added peace of mind when purchasing our solar lighting products.

Faults Reported Within 90 Days

If your solar light arrives faulty or develops a fault within the first 90 days of delivery, please contact us within this period.

Eligible claims may receive either a replacement or a full refund. Where required, we'll provide a pre-paid returns label to return the faulty item.

To maintain warranty coverage, products must not be modified, dismantled or tampered with.


Faults Reported After 90 Days

If a fault develops after the initial 90-day period but within the 2-year warranty period, we'll provide a replacement product once the fault has been verified.

Customers are responsible for returning the faulty item after the first 90 days. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched at no charge.


Making a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims can be submitted through our online returns portal.

To ensure your claim remains valid, please notify us as soon as a fault develops. Claims must be reported within the active warranty period.


What's Not Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and product defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Animal damage
  • Extreme weather events or other circumstances outside our control
